Terms & Conditions

  1. Exclusive Terms
All orders, whether placed through the website or otherwise, shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between the purchaser of the goods (“Buyer”) and Entervending LLC (“Seller”) and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or communications.

  2. Acceptance
Seller’s acceptance of any order is expressly conditioned upon Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by Buyer are expressly rejected unless agreed to in writing by Seller.

  3. Prices
Seller reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time without prior notice. Prices applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed and confirmed.

  4. Taxes
All applicable federal, state, local, or other governmental taxes or charges shall be added to the order total and are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

  5. Shipment and Delivery
Shipment, delivery timelines, and order fulfilment terms are governed by the Shipping & Order Fulfilment Policy published on Seller’s website.

  6. Payment Terms and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated, payment in full is required prior to shipment.
Order cancellations may be subject to processing costs except for orders paid via Klarna, for which no cancellation service charges apply.
Cancellation eligibility and conditions are governed by the Seller’s published policy.

  7. Buyer’s Agreement to Defend
Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Seller harmless from claims arising from Buyer’s improper use, maintenance, or operation of goods not in accordance with Seller’s recommendations.

  8. Notice of Accident or Malfunction
Buyer shall notify Seller promptly of any accident or alleged malfunction involving goods supplied by Seller and cooperate reasonably in any investigation.

  9. Warranty
Seller warrants that vending machines and parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, provided they are properly installed, used, and maintained.
Edible refills and vendible items are warranted to be in good condition upon delivery and in accordance with product descriptions.

  10. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
The warranties set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  11. Limitation of Remedies
Seller’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as provided in the applicable policy. Seller shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.

  12. Shortages
Any claims for shortages must be submitted within a reasonable time following delivery and are subject to the Seller’s published policy.

  13. Returns
Returns are subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy published on Seller’s website. Seller may require a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) prior to return. All return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are governed by the published policy.

  14. Handling and Restocking
Any applicable handling or restocking charges, if any, are governed exclusively by the Seller’s Returns & Refunds Policy.

  15. Damages During Transit
Seller is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment. Buyer must file claims with the carrier in accordance with carrier requirements.

  16. Force Majeure
Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disruptions, transportation delays, or governmental actions.

  17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

  18. Binding Effect
These Terms and Conditions bind and benefit the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  19. Waiver
Failure by either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

  20. Interpretation
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
