Job Description:
Develop and establish systems of financial and managerial administration; revise business processes and determine the data that needs to be controlled in the ERP system; supervise and cooperate with the contractors on software implementation; project and transfer business processes into software; generate strategies, reports, and plans based on all received data; perform financial planning and budget control; analyze the financial efficiency of the production of goods; develop and implement a strategy to reduce the cost of production of products; research economic components, such as consumer demand and sales in potential markets; analyze and interpret financial data using mathematical models and generate economic forecasts for the production and sale of products; build and maintain strong working relationships with area businesses, potential investors and developers, the media, and other related parties; maintain and update a comprehensive database of business and development opportunities; attend conferences, seminars, workshops, classes, and lectures to enhance and maintain knowledge of trends and developments in economic development; report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:
Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specific recipes and formulas.
Operate candy-making equipment, such as cookers, mixers, and depositor machines.
Monitor and control the candy and snack production process to maintain consistency and quality.
Perform quality checks at different stages of production to ensure compliance with standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized production area, following sanitation protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and implement process improvements.
Follow safety procedures and adhere to food safety regulations.
Assist in packaging and labeling of finished candies as needed.
Qualifications:
